Author Guidelines
Language
The journal accepts manuscripts written in English, non-English speakers must ensure a correct transcription and proof reading based on British English.
Text Formatting
Manuscript should be typed in Microsoft Word on A4 paper size using Time New Roman, 12 font size, 1.5 line spacing. At the initial submission articles should not exceed not exceed 6,000 words, excluding the References; except where prior permission has been obtained from the Editor-in-Chief for unique works.
Title
The title should be concise and informative depicting the content of the manuscript,
Authors’ Names and Affiliations
The author(s) full name(s) should be written in the format firstname, middle name and surname, (Surname should be written in upper case) e.g. John Ahmed OLAWALE.
Institutional affiliation, should be well written in the form, Department, Institution name, City, Country ( for example Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science, Federal University of Education, Kontagora, Nigeria)
Author(s) should ensure that functional email address and phone number(s) and if available, a 16-digit ORCID ID (Open Researcher and Contributor ID) are provided for the corresponding author. ORCID ID can easily be obtained at https://orcid.org/register
Abstract
Abstract should be single line spacing, italicized and not be more than 250 words. Abstract should not contain abbreviations that are not defined. References should not be included in the abstract.
Keywords
About 4-6 keywords are required for indexing purposes.
Body of the Manuscript
Empirical manuscripts should be presented under the following headings: Introduction, Research Question, Hypotheses, Methodology, Presentation of Results, Discussion of findings, Conclusion, Recommendations and References. While
Theoretical or critical review manuscripts should be presented under the following headings: Introduction, Relevant review headings, Summary of review, Conclusion, Recommendations and References.
Tables, figures, citations and references should be rendered in APA 7th edition format.
References
All citations and references should be in the American Psychological Association reference styles 7th edition (APA 7th edition). To ensure good citation and reference listing/Biblography you may wish to use the reference application Zotero (to download, use the link: https://www.zotero.org/download/ ). Use of LLM or Generative AI
The use of Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI models such as ChatGPT, do not currently agree with our authorship criteria.
Plagiarism
Authors should note that only original works will be accepted for publication. For a manuscript to be qualified for publication about 80% must be the author(s) original work. Plagiarism of any kind is not supported by KONJOST.
All content such as images, tables, designs, etc., that are not the original work of the author(s) must have proper permission from the original copyright holders and must be appropriately cited and referenced in the manuscript.
Headings
Author(s) should please use not more than three levels of displayed headings.

The third level headings should not be bold but rather italicized.
Mathematical Equations/Symbols
Use the equation editor or MathType for equations and symbols for your write up.
Scientific style
Please always use internationally accepted signs and symbols for units (SI units).
Abbreviations
Author(s) should ensure that abbreviations should be defined at first mention and used consistently thereafter.
Footnotes
Footnotes can be used for example to highlight some terms or explanations in tables or figures. Superscript lower-case letters (or asterisks for significance values and other statistical data) can be used.
Statements and Declarations
Authors should declare whether or not they have competing interest. Also source of funding for the work should be declared with the grant number included before the acknowledgements section of the work.
Acknowledgments
Acknowledgments of people, grants, funds, etc. should be placed in a separate section before the reference section of the work. The names of funding organizations should be written in full.
