The findings revealed that churches in Oyo East Local Government Area responded to the cases of teenage pregnancy by training the church leaders to handle cases of teenage pregnancy, sensitizing pregnant teenagers. However, some churches were found to be providing support and guidance to pregnant teenagers, including counseling, emotional support, and practical assistance. The study concludes that the church's response to teenage pregnancy in Oyo East Local Government area is complex and multifaceted, reflecting both positive and negative attitudes and practices.
