The finding shows that most institutional leaders used data-driven decision- making process for policy formulation and implementation and institutional leaders used different sources of data such as students’ enrollment data among others for decision making. The study recommend among others that all data should be upgrade annually to accommodate flexible decision that will enhance effective and efficiency policy formulation and implementation.
