Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen-AI) presents substantial prospects for transforming educational management by enabling personalized learning experiences, automating routine administrative tasks, and supporting evidence-based decision-making. This technology empowers educators by reducing workload through AI assisted content creation, grading, and real-time feedback, allowing them to focus more on student engagement and pedagogical innovation. Gen-AI also promotes inclusivity by providing accessible learning materials and language support tailored to diverse learner needs. However, challenges such as unequal access to AI technologies, potential biases embedded within AI algorithms, concerns over data privacy, and the necessity for continuous educator training remain significant barriers. The way forward requires a strategic approach that includes equitable access to AI tools, robust ethical frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability, ongoing professional development for educators, and critical evaluation mechanisms for AI-generated outputs. By addressing these areas, educational systems can harness the full potential of Gen-AI to create more effective, equitable, and human-centered learning environments.
