The evolving landscape of 21st-century education calls for pedagogical innovation that transcends disciplinary boundaries. One such innovation is the integration of health concepts into mathematics instruction to enhance learning outcomes. The integration of health concepts into mathematics education offers an innovative approach to enhance student engagement, comprehension, and realworld application of mathematical principles. This paper examines how embedding health-related themes within the mathematics curriculum not only reinforces numeracy but also fosters real-world relevance, interdisciplinary understanding, and critical health literacy. Using a conceptual framework grounded in constructivist and experiential learning theories, this study highlights strategies for instructional integration, empirical benefits, and implications for curriculum development and teacher education.
