The rapid advancement of digital technologies has transformed education, creating opportunities and challenges for Business Education in Nigeria. The increasing demand for digitally competent and entrepreneurial graduates requires the integration of digital transformation and inclusive learning to promote sustainable skills development and entrepreneurial competitiveness. This conceptual paper examines digital transformation and inclusive learning as pathways for repositioning Business Education to meet the demands of the twenty-first-century digital economy. The paper discusses digital transformation, inclusive learning, Business Education, sustainable skills development, and entrepreneurial competitiveness. It is anchored on the Technology Acceptance Model, Connectivism Theory, and Human Capital Theory, which explain technology adoption, technology-enabled learning, and investment in human capital. The paper highlights the potential of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, cloud computing, learning management systems, digital entrepreneurship platforms, and virtual learning environments, to enhance teaching, learning, innovation, and entrepreneurial capacity. It also identifies challenges such as inadequate digital infrastructure, unstable electricity supply, poor internet connectivity, and limited digital competence among educators, funding constraints, and the digital divide. The paper argues that curriculum modernization, investment in digital infrastructure, continuous professional development, inclusive educational policies, and stronger industry institution partnerships are essential for addressing these challenges. It concludes that integrating digital transformation with inclusive learning can foster sustainable skills development, enhance entrepreneurial competitiveness and graduate employability, and contribute to sustainable national development in Nigeria.
