This paper examines how Business Education can be repositioned to promote digital and entrepreneurial transformation in Africa through the integration of green business, social entrepreneurship, and ethical leadership. The study responds to the growing demand for graduates with digital competencies, entrepreneurial mindsets, sustainability awareness, and ethical leadership capabilities needed to address Africa’s socio-economic, environmental, and technological challenges. Despite increasing emphasis on entrepreneurship education, Business Education curricula in many African higher education institutions remain insufficiently aligned with the demands of the digital economy, green innovation, and socially responsible enterprise development. Adopting a conceptual research design, the paper draws on a review and synthesis of contemporary literature, policy documents, and relevant global practices to examine strategies for integrating digital technologies, sustainability, social innovation, and ethical leadership into Business Education curricula and instructional practices. The analysis indicates that integrating these dimensions can enhance graduates’ digital literacy, innovative capacity, entrepreneurial intentions, environmental responsibility, ethical decision-making, and ability to establish sustainable enterprises that generate economic and social value. The paper highlights curriculum reform, technology-enabled teaching and learning, industry–academia collaboration, experiential learning, and supportive government policies as critical strategies for strengthening Business Education in Africa. It concludes that repositioning Business Education around digital transformation, green business, social entrepreneurship, and ethical leadership is essential for developing responsible entrepreneurs and future-ready business professionals capable of promoting inclusive economic growth and sustainable development. The paper recommends strengthening curriculum innovation, digital infrastructure, institutional partnerships, and continuous professional development for educators to accelerate digital and entrepreneurial transformation across Africa.
