Abstract

This paper explores the vital role of counselling in promoting economic growth and development. Individuals can identify their strengths and interests, set realistic goals, and develop strategies to achieve them. This leads to increased productivity, counselling can help innovation, which are essential for economic growth. Additionally, counselling can help individuals manage stress, build resilience, and develop healthy relationships leading to improve over-all well-being and increase economic stability. Furthermore, counselling can also promote economic development by supporting small business owners, entrepreneurs, and organization to develop effective business plans, manage resources, and build sustainable practices. By investigating in counselling, individuals and communities can unlock their full potentials, leading to economic growth, development, and prosperity.
